Free UK Delivery

Delivery is free on all orders within the UK, regardless of price or the number of items!

Most items ordered before 3pm (UK time) are despatched the same day. However, this is subject to stock levels and may not always be possible during busy periods. If you require guaranteed next day delivery and want to confirm your chosen item is in stock before you place your order then please contact us.

Orders under £99 in value will be sent free using the Royal Mails First Class Recorded Delivery Service. There is an option to pay an additional charge to use the Royal Mails Guaranteed Next Day Special Delivery Service.

Orders of £99 or more in value will be despatched free using Royal Mails Guaranteed Next Day Special Delivery Service.

Please note that both these delivery methods require a signature on receipt. If you are not in when delivery is attempted the Royal Mail will leave details of how you can re-arrange delivery or collect your order.

Delivery outside the UK

All orders placed for delivery outside the United Kingdom will be sent using the Royal Mails International Signed For™ with Airmail Delivery Service. Delivery times will vary depending on location, but their target time is three working days to Western Europe, five working days to Eastern Europe and seven working days for the rest of the world.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind or are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly either exchange or refund your purchase if returned unworn, in its original packaging, within 14 days. 

Please contact us with your returns request so that we can issue you with a Returns Reference Number, this will enable us to process your return promptly and refund (where applicable) as soon as possible via your original payment method. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, this does not apply to pierced earrings, unless faulty. Please note that all products (unless otherwise stated) are guaranteed against defect for 12 months from date of purchase. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage or damage caused by misuse of an item.
